Title: Salmon Fillets

My neighbor bought a couple salmon fillets. He said can ya smoke these for tomorrow. Heck yeah gimme em. Made a quick maple brine and got em soaking  ;D

Got the salmon all smoked for my neighbors dinner. Not bad.

Too Hot Too fast got the bugers on them. Wait we aint making Kummoks Salmon, just a hot smoked Salmon dinner. Looks Great Nepas

Being Atlantic salmon, that was nuclear waste by-product 10.5, but I'll bet it tasted great! ;)
