Title: pickle jar pork sticks
Post by: Up In Smoke on July 12, 2009, 12:10:40 PM
I call them that cause i do not have a rolling pin i had to use a pickle jar ;D ;D
i am still trying to use up the leftover pulled pork so i just threw this together.
if you get a chance to do this i would highly recommend it!
i cannot believe how good this was!!!!

pork, 1 minced jalapeno pepper and 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic.

biscuit dough rolled out and ready. this is where the pickle jar came in handy.

stuffed and ready to roll

ready for the oven.

done and topped with franks hot sauce with a side of queso for dipping!
