Here is the funny part.......i was cleaning out the peppers with a makeshift tool.
i had an open can of beer next to where i was working
as i was cleaning out one of the smaller peppers the core and seeds came out
unexpectedly so it kinda flew off.  where i do not know so i figured i would find it when
cleaning up. i found it way sooner than that !!!!  >:(
it somehow ended up going directly into the opening of my beer can.
If there ever was a hot cold beer this was it!
Never do that.

The original Cave Creek Chili Beer was from Arizona and uses a special Seranno Chili in their beer.  It took them a long time to find the right pepper/chili and the right quantity to put in the beer.  Their production was limited.  They use to make it on site, but now it is made in Tecate Mexico.  They claim that 2 out of 10 people like it and those 2 will go any where to get it.
