Madison, Wis. -- With the passing Monday of Oscar Mayer's retired chair Oscar G. Mayer, PETA has sent a letter to Nick Meriggioli, president of Oscar Mayer, urging him to bury the company's Wienermobile along with Mayer.
"For years, the Wienermobile has been driving kids toward a meat-laden diet that can increase the risk of making them fat and sick," says PETA Executive Vice President Tracy Reiman. "The best thing that parents can do for their kids, for the animals who are raised for food, and for the environment is to stock up on delicious, eco-friendly veggie dogs and burgers and bid farewell to the Wienermobile for good."

I can still remember when my son was that young and going squirrel hunting, man that was a lot of fun. I let him do the shooting and I was the decoy so the squirrel would expose him self and not keep going around the tree. We got allot of rabbits also. It was a good day.

Do those P--- folks ever really think about what they say? Like planting soy beans everywhere, building soy bean processing plants, all the chemicals involved in the raising and production of soy beam products, the waste generated by producing soy bean products and manufacturing the processing equipment, the noxious fumes given off by the tractors, the trucks, the fumes and pollution from the cars of the farm and processing and machinery manufacturing employees, the animals killed by the tractors and even all the animals killed on the road by the commuting employess - like that doesn't harm animals? Just another page out of Gore's book - do as I say, not as I do. Big energy wasting houses, big vehicles, a farm that raises tobacco, and last but not least a zinc mine on his property that is a source of pollution to the nearby waterways! A stellar role model!

It has been a long time since I had sheepshead too. Good stuff. Good fishing too.

IMHO the only fish better than Sheepshead is Grouper. I prefer both of them grilled and served with drawn butter.

I thaught the only thing sheephead were good for was bouncin off the boat and feeding the seagulls. I'll try a good recipe if someone has one
Salt, pepper, lemon juice, garlic butter and grill. I normally use my Road Trip griddle for this. My wife likes to add a little soy sauce.
