Did up another Brisket this weekend. Had a problem with photobucket over load just got it done. To many picts in one file I think but its working now.
Did not trim off as much fat this time and the girls could not tell the diff. ;D This is the flat all seasoned and resting.

That looks fantastic....I still haven't trieds a brisket. I think I will give it a go this weekend, hopefully it will turn out as well as yours.
