Title: Briskit This Week

Wife said hey how bout some briskit. Sure so i took the smallest one out of the freezer 18.29lbs. I know it wont fit in my BS so going to improvise  ;D

Wow thats a big brisket, never seen one that big myself. You better send half to me so it doesn't go to waste.  ;) :)

As long as our wife's have us jumping towards the smoker I guess it's OK.  ;D

Got my small 18.29lb briskit trimmed up some (saving the fat for some sausage)

Injected and in the marinade for 24 hours.
