Does any one have a recipe for such a thing. Just had some made from beef they were great. My thaught is 70/30 venison pork mixture brat seasoning high temp, cheese and bacon pieces. Any other ideas let me know.

I think they will probably turn out great. If they end up a little dry maybe try closer to a 50/50 venison pork.
Also thanks for the idea, I think I will try a batch myself with just pork since I am almost out of venison (just found two packages in the bottom) but I will add some penos or maybe some habenero :o
