Hello-

My Digital six rack showed up today and is already being seasoned. :D ;D :D :) I have lots of recipes lined up for the first batch of smoked deliciousness. I may have to throw some brats in during the last few minutes of seasoning just because I HAVE TO.

Looking forward to sharing recipes and ideas with all of you.
