I have always been a griller with my weber charcoal and gas grille. I wanted to experiment and try something new. I was going to go with the familiar brand I always use, weber but after further research, I decided to go with the Bradley. I have had it now for a week and my first experiment was smoked salmon and smoked halibut. WOW, it was amazing. :D My next adventure will be roasted almonds (yum) and a whole chicken. Woo hoo, I now look forward to the week ends so I can play with my new cooking toy. If anyone can give me any good smoking advise let me know. Thank you.
