Title: Smoked Ribeye Steaks
Post by: easyridinole on July 25, 2009, 10:30:09 AM
I got a big ribeye and sliced it up into some thick steaks and put in the smoker for 40 minutes with mesquite.

The smoke being added.  ;D

Now for on the grill till the internal temp hits about 140*. They turned out awesome and I think it was just the right amount of smoke!  :D

Great looking steaks.

A good ribeye doesn't need a lot of seasonings around here.

Just a little olive oil and some Chicago steak seasoning on them.  ;)
