Title: Cost of replacement door?
Post by: starship on July 25, 2009, 03:25:22 PM
Any one know what the cost of a replacement front door is (ordered from Bradley)?  The plastic at the bottom of the door broke up while changing the door seal, and I understand the plastic is not available as a part.  I will call Monday to talk with them about ordering a new door.

Mine broke too. I called Bradley they sent me another free of charge but it was broke too. The customer service is great but they should make a better door which is the weakest part of their smoker.

I wish they could make them as good as cookshack. I have 3 smokers one cookshack, the Bradley digital 6 rack and a gas smoker I bought from Sam's. I added a smoke generater to it so I can cold smoke cheese because it is outside all the time and is the easiest to use.I likethe Bradley better then the cookshack because I like the smoke flavor and the Bradley does a better job.
