Title: simple buffalo shrimp
Post by: Up In Smoke on July 26, 2009, 02:21:59 PM
Picked up a few shrimp cause i wanted to see if i could do them kinda buffalo style.
i made a little boat and drizzled them with the juice of 1 lime
then tossed them in a little franks hot sauce, and a little fresh ground pepper.

then they went on to a 300 degree grill

when finished i tossed a little more franks and a touch more fresh ground pepper.

i will be making these again. maybe with Nepas wing sauce just for fun.

Look good to me, lets eat. No need to grill them for me, I eat them raw after the lime or lemon marinade.

Looks great UIS. Been doing mine with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic and red pepper flakes. Will have to try this out for a change of pace cuz it sure sounds good.
