Top round simple salt and pepper

4 hours mesquite, pulled @ IT of 140 wrapped then rested overnight

All sliced up, time for a quick reheat on the grill

Homemade buns out of the oven

WOW, now that is a sandwich right there! You can NEVER have enough cheese!
