Title: INJECTOR MARINADES
Post by: oakville smoker on July 29, 2009, 09:23:05 AM
Hi all

Finally I picked up an injector while on a shopping spree at Bass Pro.  That and a truckload of bisquettes.

Now I have a dillema.  Marinade recipes for the injector, I need a few.  I did search the site for marinades and came up with a few ideas like italian dressing and onion soup but neither of those are very exotic or seem to justfy the use of an injector.  I also picked up a vac sealer so I figure post injection, the meat ( beef, pork or chicken ) will find its way with a rub on top of the marinade or more marinade in a vacum bag and stored away for a couple of days for a flavour transformation.

Any help with marinades would be appreciated.  Thanks
