Well just received a Bradley Original now I need to start and use it. (where do I begin?) :-\
Best advice is to guide you to the Recipe Site. Just click on the link at the bottom of my post. Be sure to check out the food safety section. Chicken wraps are easy, quick, and extremely tasty. That would be my first choice. After that, pulled pork. DO NOT RUSH ANYTHING! Be patient. The food gets done when it gets done. Good luck and let us know if you have any questions.
First season it... then make something simple like pulled pork or chicken. But of course ask a lot of questions and take pics.

O and welcome aboard :)
Welcome to the forum muntjac - this is a great place to learn the Bradley and other preponderances of life!
Unpack, (as if that hasn't already been done!)
Wash,
Season,
Then hang on for the fun of smoking on a Bradley.
As others said butt or chicken - butt if you have patience for the 1st smoke, chicken if you want something faster! Although baby backs don't take long and are nearly fool proof with the 2-1-1 method!
Welcome aboard muntjac. Remember to keep the top vent open and ask lots of questions.
W E L C O M E to the Forum muntjac!

:)Thanks for the welcome. Now I need to make a start. There seems lots of info and advice on offer. I see that most of you are over the pond from me in the UK so need to get to know the cuts etc that you all use................... Ian
Hi muntjac and welcome. There are several UK members who will give you the low down on local cuts of meat. I'm a bit east of you and had to have a lot of conversations with butchers to get the cuts I want. You'll really love the results I'm sure and don't forget to visit the recipe site for a LOT of good information about cooking in a BS.
