TenPoint5 has done an excellent job documenting his ribs - http://www.susanminor.org/forums/showthread.php?p=920#post920

My method is a little different - http://www.susanminor.org/forums/showthread.php?p=980#post980

Make sure you keep the vent on your smoker always open a little. Closing it can cause problems for your smoke generator, and other non-appetizing issues....

Welcome to the forum Hoke. The guys have given lots of good advice. I've been using the 10.5 tutorial for ribs with great results. And I'm planning on trying the one from FLB. There's a lot of people with great advice here.
