Did up some chicken legs.

Rubbed with Jans rub

Little bit of bacon

Some apple smoke

Finished on the grill

Good lookin cook Pete! did you marinade or brine? I like do do my rub the day before and sneak some under the skin.

No marinade or brine this time.
Rub under the skin and let it set in the fridge for a few hours.

Good looking legs, never seen a chicken with that type of skin on it. Must be a new found species.  ;D

All done with the legs. Used Alder for the smoke. 4 of em have CT on em  ;D

No wont fit in the Bradley, its 2 1/2" too long. Got it at Y&P
