My neighbor brought me home this table from the wood shop class. They were going to toss the metal cabinet and burn the table. I took the table off removed the wood vise and this is the side that i have now. Hit it with 60 grit then 80, 100 and 120. The table is nice and smooth now. Its going to get a peice of food grade butchers non-stick on it and it will be my stuffer and processing table. I think the wood is either poplar or ash and pretty heavy.
The top is 3'x5' and the base has doors that lock and 1 shelf. The wood laying against the top is for my free standing smoker, going to be 3x3x7' and fitted with my OBS and BPS and cold smoke generators.

I'd agree but somehow I think he more than pays for the "free stuff" in smoked and grilled goodies to the donors.

Well the wife aint doing too much complaining, A friend of mine has 250lbs of venison he wants jerky, sticks and summer sausage made. That will keep me busy for awhile ;D

so far he has brought 20 lbs over. My neighbor is going to build the large smoker for me tomorrow, He says it should hold about 75lbs of summer sausage, dont know how much jerky until we get the racks made up.
I think the summer sausage i am going to do in 20lb batches, 16lbs venison, 2lbs beef fat and 2lbs pork fat. I been freezing the fat i trim from my briskets

Only thing wrong with Nepas is he's got me on this stuff pepper thing and I can't kick the habit. My lord they're good. ;D

WOW!!! My head is spinning trying to figure out how many ABT's that new unit could turn out at a time!!!
I recognized those holes in the table....that's a lane I bowled on a couple years ago....no wonder I couldn't knock the back row of pins...they were bolted to the floor!!! ;D
