I "sold" two Original Bradley Smokers yesterday at the Baltimore Bass Pro Shop.....and I don't work for them or Bradley HQ!!!
(HQ....secret salesmen jobs available? ::) ;D :) ) LOL I went there to buy a pair of the Lodge Gear red over gloves and a box of the Maple pucks. While looking at the store display of the OSB a lady was looking at a MES and I mentioned that I had this model of the Bradley Smoker and it did a GREAT job, I was very happy with mine. She asked a few questions then thanked me. I moved on and a few minutes later I saw her walk past with a gentleman who was pushing a cart with an OBS in it. When I walked past the display area on my way to pick up my pucks I noticed the space where a boxed OBS was earlier was empty. While trying to find the Maples pucks I wanted, a young couple walked up and was looking at the pucks, I asked if they had a Bradley? The gentleman said that he was buying one and asked for my recommendations on what flavor pucks to buy. I explained my thoughts on the OBS and the DBS and on several flavors and what to smoke with it. He picked up a box of Mesquite pucks and thanked me. Apparently Bass Pro does not carry the Maple pucks online or in store.........Bummer!!! I ended up buying a box of Apple pucks which I'm going to try with some shrimp and scallops.

I buy all my pucks online, mostly from Yard and Pool.

I also read on another discussion that it's good with Italian sausage.......amazingly........ just happen to have two tubes of it in the fridge for an Italian Fattie I'm planning. ::)

When i stop and talk to people about the Bradley my wife just says to the stranger "you two have fun" and goes about her shopping. She loves the stuff that comes out of it but everything from the start to the finish is just bla bla
Good work on spreading the news. I have been using apple pucks a lot and really like the flavor. Also enjoy oak and hickory for a little stronger taste of smoke. A lot of choices with this toy tool. ;D

I have ben wanting to make some hard salami some day but havent found a recipe that the home sausage maker can do
