I am looking for the recipe for the ABT (atomic buffalo turd), Help

jeanne,

Fairly easy:
for 2lbs of Jalenos
2 pkgs of cream cheese(use only 1 1/2)
Bacon bits, 1/4 cup (or what ever you like)
Nice little handful of shredded cheese of you choice.
A few dashes of your favorite rub.
1lb of chep bacon

Let the cream cheese get to room temp before you start.

Put averything into a bowl and use a hand mixer(or whatever) to mix well till good and creamy.

Of course cut the tops off the peppers and clen out seeds and veins, I use a skinny type pearing knife for this.  Then rince under a faucet.

To fill them I use a disposable piping bag.  I cut the hole a little bigger.  I simply fill the bag and pipe in the mixure.

I then cap each pepper with a 1/3 of a piece of bacon and I put them on a long metal scewer(I think this is easier than toothpicks).  I lay each row of pappers on the wrack then I cover them with strips of bacon.  I know this last part sounds strange but that bacon that you have laying on top of the peppers will be some of the best taisting stuff you have eaten in along time.
