I have been smoking for years with a homemade smoker. I picked up a six rack, digital model yesterday and put the unit to work today. My family just finished a rib, chicken and beef late lunch. It was very quiet around the table, everyone busy licking their plates.

Great machine, shoulda bought one sooner.
