Title: Almost 11 months but it is now a done deal

The very first of last October (08) I started down the long road to secure a new defense contractor's cleaning contract. They called yesterday and we are in~~!

It is not the biggest contract I've ever sold, but it is a goodie! We start October 1st this year.
