Title: Kenai dip
Post by: dbrown1 on August 31, 2009, 01:17:22 PM
Thought I would share, I jacked this recipe from a deli at a local Alaskan Grocer..
I don't have exact measurements as I was never given them so do this to taste.....This dip is amazing in my opinion

Add equal parts
Mayo
Cheddar Cheese

Mix in the following
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Paprika
Lawry's

You want a fair amount of Paprika to give this a red color
Cut up  (dice) approximately 12-20 Jalapeno rings
Mix well...
Lastly add rice vinegar a little at a time until you have the flavor you are looking for.
Serve with favorite chips or flat bread...Hope you like it
