Look great! I assume they are from the new smoke house. Will be making some more soon as we will be getting meat from the hunting trip! Will try and post some pictures then.

Sounds Good. You need to get your hands on a fresh Ham and cure and smoke that bad boy yourself !!!

One of these days i will smoke a fresh ham, just as soon as i can get dissability to cough up some checks for me  :D

I got a boned out Venison Ham in the freezer. Waiting for some time and cooler weather then it's getting the Ham treatment. Never know a little dry Ice, a cooler. overnight UPS. I might be persuaded Rick!!!  ;D

pack that baby up with the family and take a mini vac to nepas area  ;D

Nepas,
You should buy an entire pig and have it cut exactly how you want it.
Maybe you have done this before.
I bought one last year and it was about $1.40 a pound including cut and wrap.

I dont have enough room in my freezer for a pig. LOL

Besides deer season is getting here and i need the room  ;D

My daughter has about 30 old cottage cheese containers with bugs she caught for her 4H project in my freezer and I'm pushing her to get them pinned so I can have more freezer room.
I need the room, too :D
