Not sure if anyone out there likes Philippine food or not but thought I would share, my wife just made this and I feel compelled .....
Cubed pork or chicken thighs (make what seems right for you)
4-5 cloves of garlic
Ground pepper to taste
1/3 - 1/2 cup soy sauce and vinegar equal parts
Basil leaf
Boiled eggs
Marinate with garlic, pepper, soy sauce vinegar overnight
Cook to boil, then simmer until meat is very tender
* Throw in boiled egg at the last minute
Serve over rice
Sounds good. I'll pass on the boiled egg. Not a boiled egg fan.
