Title: Smoked grouse recipe anyone?

Does anyone have a recipe for smoked grouse? Also would it be ok to smoke some fish at the same time? Also found a rump roast in freezer that has been there a while. Any ideas to do all three at once?

I am not sure if you could do all three together as most smoked grouse recipes would require liquorich fern root. It is good with grouse but not sure about ramp roast or chicken. Here is a link for you for smoked grouse.
