Title: Pork Shoulders for the Cowboy Game today

Got two cooking for the Cowboys season opener. Marinated overnight in a blend of liquid an dry seasonings and then into the BS for about 4 hours, then over to the Big Easy for some finishing work.

Looks nice!

Menards has those on sale this week...  Tempted to take a look at one.   Anyone else have a Big Easy (or whatever the CharBroil equivalent is)?

Your first pic it looks like the top vent is fully closed, it may be the angle of the picture, but make sure you keep the vent 1/2 to 3/4 open.  looks good
