In case you have never visited the McCormick site to leach a few good recipes, there is a portion of their website dedicated to descriptions of their spices.  Check it out!

Hi Olds,

The Penzeys link is already on your new board in the Bulk Spice piece.  The Mccormick's is not because they either don't sell bulk spices or weren't recommended by any forum members.  It's a nice source of inof, though . . .
