Title: Freeze or not to Freeze?
Post by: begolf25 on September 20, 2009, 04:58:50 PM
Did two butts over the weekend that finished up today. Just finished pulling them then vacuum sealed everything.

I need the pork for this friday. Since it is vacuum sealed should it be ok until then in the fridge until then or should I freeze it?

Thanks,

Bryan

I'd leave it in the fridge.

Hey FLBR you need to pull up your britches so you can run faster to the computer. ;D

I do not think it will matter whether you freeze or not. I would probably freeze just in case plans get changed. It is not difficult to reheat either way.

You cant go wrong either way. Just make sure you are really going to use it the day you said, if not freeze it.
