Try unplugging and plugging the sensor cacle back in a couple of times. Check the FAQ's on the recipe site if that doesn't help. Here's a link to it. http://www.susanminor.org/forums/showthread.php?t=481
Others will be on to help also.

sensor cable looks good, thanks for the reply.
when I unplug it I get E1 on under the oven temp side.
what I see is an "E" under the smoker side.

First of all welcome to the forum.
Secondly, please do not let this incident dampen your spirit. Bradley's customer service department is second to known and Brian checks in regularly. You will be taken care off.

As for your problem, try wiggling the sensor wire a bit sometimes it could be loose. If you were handy, you could try to take the back of the tower off and check the wiring. I remember in a recent thread, one fellow member discovered that there was a loose connection there and was able to fix it.

If all else fails, give Bradley a call.

I had to wiggle my sensor cable and move it in another angel to get it to work.
