Title: Thai Peppers

I grew some Thai peppers in my Aerogarden. Now they are going to dry so i can grind em up for hot Thai pepper powder :o

Looks good NePas. Never thought about drying and grinding them, I use them in Vietnamese subs - they certainly pack a punch!

I forgot to ask you how the peppers were doing, they look great. I have one plant in a pot growing, had a real slow start, nothing ripe yet but getting some nice peppers on it.

I have three Thai plants with lots of peppers but, like pens, nothing ripe yet.  I'll probably have to bring them into the house pretty soon.  It's getting pretty chilly out there at night.
