Title: Bandwidth Restored Recipe Site
Post by: Oldman on September 30, 2009, 08:07:43 AM
We went through 10 gigs this month of tranfer and that was the limit we had set for the recipe site. All in all we took 400,000 hits.  Now understand that if one recipe has 10 images then that counts as 10 hits.

We have double the limit to 20 gigs per month. Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. Trey is checking and if my memory is correct my bandwidth is in terabytes.

Again, so sorry for any incovenience.

Thanks for all you do Raye.  The site is a treasure trove of recipes.  I downloaded it last week and probably helped to go over the limit.  FYI, a terabyte is 1000 gigabytes.

Olds;

No need to apologize, we are glad that you are hosting this site for us. Thanks!

I will do my best to keep the file as small as possible.

Here's a question...does chat chew up a bunch of Bandwidth?

Naw...

As far as bandwidth goes we have no worries. If it goes next month over 20 gigs then we will add another 10 gigs.

Hab, Don't worry about file size.

I know & we have lots of room to grow  ;D We just never figured we would use 10 gigs in one month.

DuH on Olds...
