I recently did a coca cola ham turned out great I was just wondering since Thanksgiving is coming up has anyone tried that recipe with a turkey. And if so how long should a guy foil the bird.

Inquiring minds want to know
I am considering doing a whole turkey in my DBS post brine
I wont be crazy about the skin of its like chicken but the meat should be to die for
