Title: Game Birds
Post by: MAK DADDY on October 02, 2009, 11:51:06 AM
We love these things, especially now that the kids are gone :)
Brush with olive oil, season to liking, smoke 275 for 90 min or so until IT of 165 in breast.
Tasty!

Great looking bird Good job MAK DADDY.

I could identify the bird and the corn, but what is the third thing on the plate.

It's just a plain old potato roll :) We just pop them in the warmer box for 15min or so to heat them up.
That corn bread sounds good, I haven't had that since I was little.
