Certainly didn't take long ! 4lb pork loin cooked @ 200 degrees using combo hickory & maple for for 3 1/2 hrs. IT registered 147 when finished. I now have it wrapped up in the cooler. The cool thing was that my recently ordered ET73 arrived about an hr into this.
