I just bought a used (one time) six rack digital unit.
I got it for a steal ($350).
There is some kind of rack that came with it that I can't identify, can anyone help me out?
I can't figure how to post a picture, so I'll try to describe it.
It measures 10"x8.75" and has "wavy" crossovers. It's stainless
Thanks
I am going to guess that it is the drip tray
That doesn't sound like a Bradley rack. I've got the same smoker and all the racks are larger. Here's a link on how to post pictures. http://www.susanminor.org/forums/showpost.php?p=768&postcount=11
Maybe it can be identified that way.
Hi Janzy and welcome to the forum.
Sounds like you got a whale of deal! ;)
I'm not sure what the additional rack is based on your description. I don't think it is the V-Pan based on the dimensions you gave. Here is a link on how to post pictures as this would probably help identify it.

I think Oakville is correct that sounds like the drip tray
Here is a picture of where it goes in the smoker

You should put a waring up when posting a picture of the inside of an unused Bradley. About blinded me. :D
On the serious side, looking at the dimensions janzy gave, it's not the drip tray as it's quite a bit smaller.
First thought that came to mind was it is a aftermarket "Rib Rack" for smoking ribs.
I know its not a drip tray, some kind of rib rack I think.
I'll post a pic shortly.

That is what I think too. I have a similar one they are about the same in size.

So then we should be under the assumption that you will be posting PICTURES of ALL your cooks. While trying to destroy your Bradley. I wouldn't mind doing a little R&D if there's a spot open.
Hey Brian
Can I work for the R & D department too! ;) :D ;D

Well I am not exactly cooking in this one I will say I am doing some of the things that you should not do in your smoker.
My guess Brian is using aluminum foil in it! :D

Hey Brian I would love to be a beta tester for a six rack digital, and seen as I just live in surrey I could pick that up on friday when I am there. I'll be popping in around 10 am. wink wink
Wow! Mine kinda looked like that once though maybe not as shiny. Watch out for the flash bounce back - you could get vaporized. ;D

You have that right WTS, cooking with mesquite over long periods of time will DESTROY a Bradley..lol
