Title: Chicken Cordon Bleu wrapped in Bacon Recipe
Post by: DjSaneR on October 06, 2009, 05:21:44 AM
I saw this video on YouTube the other day and apparantly the recipe is from someone on this forum. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W8rai_ArR5M .

This looks absolutely delicious and I'd like to give it a shot, however, the video doesn't indicate what temperature it was cooked at.  I'm a total newbie and know that chicken has to be fully cooked so I figure I'd ask the experts on this one.

I tried searching the forums but couldn't come up with anything.

Thanks!!

Thanks for the link.  The recipe calls for the temp slider to be 3/4 to the right. Does anyone know the approx. temp of that position?  I have the digital.  Thanks!
