You know being underemployed sometimes has it's advantages. You can cook for your self and not worry about anybody else's sensibilities! This was breakfast this morning - a "day-off" morning. Don't ask me what it is called - we'll call it "figment" - let's just say it was begging to be made! Ground venison, homemade smoked sausage, mole verde, Picante, green chilies, eggs, cheese - oh and japs and flour tortillas!

Caney, that is over the top!
CS,
Looks great but with all of those spices and peppers I would say it is a good thing it is a "stay at home day" for you. ;) :D

I was trying to avoid replying to this Caney. I'm trying to get my mind off of it. I could really do with losing a few pounds and you are NOT helping out here. ;D
