Nice!
How ?
Isn't that a gas.
cool :)
SmokeShow bought a BPS and wanted to sell the spare parts. I bought them cause I figured I'd have spare parts. tray, bowl, covers, etc.
I kept looking at it and decided to play around with it as long as I didn't do anything to my BPS.
Now thats pretty freakin smart there. I like that...............MOMMA MOMMA :D :D
nepas
nepas, I got an idea on the cover that I will post in a day or two. I think it will make your cover last pretty long, and easier to get off and on.
CRG,
You ARE the man!
Nice going,
KyNola
Well what the hell, you already have the thing putting out the smoke so why not have more racks in it.
Are you going to hook up a regular 20lb tank to that?
Now thats a BPS on steroids CRG
The question is "Is there such a thing as BPS envy?
The answer is "DEFINITELY"
Now that's cool!!
Yes,that is neat.I like that myself.
Joe.
Ok I was looking at getting a portable but now I am going to wait until the finished plans come out for this baby...nice

squirt I have the adapter to do that. I have not smoked in it yet. The new cover will be ready on Tuesday.
The nice thing about this is it can be converted back to a 4 rack if you want.
The first smoke in it will be as the 8rack. I need to finish this up as my hunting season starts soon and I live
at the deer camp during hunting season.

You live at deer camp during hunting season...I am so jealous. I only go to deer camp for about 10 days and I love every minute of it.

SIA, last year we had a 64 day season and I was there 53 days. I came home to help with new pups being born and wife wanted to go visit her sis for a cple days. Me being the nice guy I am, I did that for her.
Aahhh that's so sweet CRG. ;D ;D ;D
53 days in a quiet peaceful huntin shack in the woods, Oh man your killing me. I just got back from a few hours in the woods squirrel hunting with a couple of my kids. It was a blast.
So what kinda hunting cabin we talkin? Electricity, Running water, Internet or we talking basic?????
You name it, we got it. I take my laptop with me and it is wireless. Camp house with 3 stoves, 3 fridge, 1 freezer, washer and dryer, walk in meat locker, bunk house that will sleep 10 to 12 ppl, but most have their own travel trailer (about 30) I have satelite in mine.
What state do you hunt in?
Texas....find the Neches river (center of state) follow it down from north to south. When it turns and goes east and west you will see a big loop in the river. At the loop was a spanish fort Called Fort Theran. were are there. 6800 acres on the Neches River bottom. We have 45 hunters. 3 and 4 generation of hunters. My dad was on it and my boys are on it.
That is great CRG. I just love passing all of my hunting skills to my kids the same way they were passed down to me from my Grandpa and others. Its great watching someone get there first deer or squirrel!!!!
45 hunters is a lot. The most we have had is about 35, and we are down to about 7 now. Some of the younger generations of the older hunters in our group just didn't get into it or make time. I guess a Nintendo or Playstation is just more important for some kids...
Good luck this year, but if your like me you don't need luck, you just enjoy being out there.
SIA
45 is the most we have ever had because we allow the junior members to become full members at age 21. that is 45 paid members. so actually we are having the same # just getting the money from what was a junior member. A youngster becomes a junior member at 12 and his dues are $5 a year till he is actually22. hellofa deal

It's a sad thing Scott. We had about 30 people deer hunting when I was a young lad. Now, it's down to 8. And with my dad getting older, not sure how much longer until it's only 7. But he still go's each year and last season, shot a pretty nice 8 point. I was happy for him.
I was hoping that when my Dad passed it would be in his deer stand, arms around his gun, smile on his face. He loved being out in the woods, not just shooting just being out in the woods. Man we had some good times.

I hear that Hawkeye...I helped my FIL purchase a Kabota RTV500 this year so he could continue to hunt, last year he couldn't get on his 4 wheeler. I told him right there that if he sold his wheeler and used the money towards the RTV I would pay for the rest (since he's retired on a limited income). We picked it up from BigJohnT's buddie's dealership this summer and I can't wait to see him using out in the woods this season. I am also glad WI has some good laws for disabled hunters....he gets a discounted tag and he can shoot from a vehicle or the new RTV.
SIA
I'm guessing we better get busy on the shooting rest for the Kabota...
JT
Shooting rest and the winch modification you are helping me with :)
I think I'll get down there nice and early this week.
SIA
I got a phone call today and the bradley cover modification may be ready monday
