Title: Butterflied and grilled

I injected with garlic and lime juice, rubbed with butter, sprinkled chipolte chicken rub.
Smoked @ 275 till IT reached 165, approx 2 1/2 hrs.
Wife is still talking about this one :)

Is that parsley sprinkled on the split bird? Makes it look very yummie.
