Title: Smoked Shrimp
Post by: gotbbq on March 01, 2005, 12:42:47 AM
I made smoked shrimp from the s + s book.  It was great.  The recipe calls for a pound for 4 people.  Unless you are serving this as an appitizer, I suggest you make a least 2 lbs of large shrimp.  Has anyone ever finished the shrimp with mozzerella cheese either in the smoker or under the broiler, it seemed like a natural.

Gotbbq, sounds good[:p],the only thing I would worry about would be over cooking the shrimp. The only way you will know is if you try it.Besides thats half the fun[:)]
