Title: Smoke Time?

Got a few lbs of Round I have ready to pop into the OBS with HM cure.  How long do you guys usually smoke for?  I was thinking 1 hour?

I did a batch this last weekend with 1hr20min of hickory and it was great, some others do up to 2 hours.  Just depends on your taste, one hour is probably a good starting point, if its not smoky enough bump it up 1 or 2 pucks.  Good luck and post pics if you can.

typically i smoke for 2 hours and depending on my  taste at the time ... the type of wood, my choices of  wood useally  are misqueete , hickory, oak  pecan, and a total smoke / cook time of 1 hr to 1 hr 20 min per  pound
