Title: Salt Lick
Post by: Caneyscud on October 15, 2009, 09:47:02 AM
My sisters took me to the Salt Lick out of Austin on my recent Texas trip.  Worth a trip from Austin, except did not like the sauce on everything and the ribs were too wet for me.  But good nonetheless.  Also made it to the City Market in Luling, but did not get any pics.  Kreuz's was closed both times we were in the area - they don't stay open late.

Entry to the dining room with my nephew on the right!

The pit that the tourists see.  There real pits are behind he wall.

Kinda hokey decor, but you are in Texas and we like it!
