So this morning when i was smoking the salmon my neighbor calls me, Says het is it too late to make me some jerky from the salmon? No how do ya want it. He said kinda krispy  ;D

I sliced it real thin so it took the brine easy, put 1.5 hrs of smoke to it then into dehydrator for 5 hrs.  Done
