Title: Cookbook Tip
Post by: gotbbq on March 01, 2005, 03:55:53 PM
I read in a post that you can take a big cookbook to Office Max and they will cut off the binding and make it spiral book, much easier to use in the kitchen.  I did this with my smoke and spice.  It was just $3.00 and now the book lies flat on the counter and much easier to use.  I'm bringing all of my frequently used cooks to be "spiraled" - Who knew?

Glad I could help you out with the tip!! I got that from a group of scrapbooking women on a site.  I thought it was ingenious!!

Moe,
When I read your post on another thread I tried to kick myself in the butt. I use to always search for the hardcover edition of books. Now I may opt for softcover, and then have them spiral bind.
