I called Bradley for a replacement water bowl because mine had a crack. Not only did they send me a new bowl promptly, they also sent me an apron, baseball cap, and 4 towels. That kind of customer service results in customer loyalty - something very hard to find these days.
Kudos to the folks at Bradley!
