Since its only Thursday night you can call on Friday at 1-800-665-4188. Tell them what you need and the customer service folks will get you squared away. They are a great bunch of people who believe there job is to help you. I know that sounds funny but they take it serious unlike some other places we have all been to.

Welcome Aboard Spiegel! Look around and if you have any questions just ask and they will be answered.

Dont worry, but afte smoking for a while, the same will happen to you, mix up people days and otherwisw. It happened to me. No seriously, welcome again to the nicest bunch of people there is.

Welcome to the fun Spiegel

The costumer service at Bradley is top notch.

Did your door seal tear do to sticking to the smoker?

If so you should clean the seal and mating surface with rubbing alcohol after each use to keep it from sticking.

Welcome to the forum Spiegal. I now clean the mating surface between door seal and the cabinet after every smoke to stop the seal form sticking to the cabinet. I almost ripped off my seal, so now I,m more carefull.
