And as I was loading all of this up last night, the Mrs asked for brisket. I have one in the freezer, but it'll take days to thaw out. I think I'll run to Wally World for a fresh one.

I have a hunk of boneless port loin planned for tomorrow. I haven't made one in the OBS before but it seems like there's some good recipes around.

I did a smaller pork tenderloin a few weeks ago, and it turned out nice and juicy. (even though I kinda ruined it with a super spicy rub)
