Title: Smoked Chicken Egg Rolls

Had some leftover cured smoked chicken so I made up some snacks for the race. Half lb chicken dark meat, half of an onion, half of an green pepper, one jalapeno, one clove garlic, 6oz mushrooms.

Then through in about a lb of cabage and about 4 Tab soy sauce.

Those would be perfect on my plate with a little hot mustard. Looks great!
