Post by: Toker on October 26, 2009, 04:15:51 PM
Hi i have a question that i always wanted to ask: Is the load seize affect the smoke amount or if don't ? I mean do i he to add more smoke cause i have a bigger load? Right now i have 18 pounds of bacon on 6 rack in my obs should i put the same as usual or should i add more cause i never smoked so much at the same time. Thx

I use the same amount of smoke time on a large load as I do on a smaller one. Just change the total amount of time to bring the meat up to the desired finished IT.

Smoke is as smoke does.

It does not matter how much you have in the smoker.
